Jacqui Lofthouse is an author, writing coach, and actor. She runs a successful business as “The Writing Coach” but wanted a personal website to showcase her work as an author and to publish journalistic pieces, book reviews, her acting profile, coaching, and publishing label.
I was so incredibly impressed with the work that Jo and Leeann did for me, designing my website. They were extremely professional throughout the journey of design and development. In particular, they listened carefully to the brief and produced an absolutely stunning and unique design, then kept me informed every step of the way, ensuring that each part of the journey was completed on time and to plan. Leeann’s design was so beautiful, and Jo is a technical wizard! I also love the fact that they gave me all the tools I need to keep this beautiful website up to date myself, whilst keeping the design consistent. I’m a client for their ongoing web maintenance service, too, which is invaluable. I now have exactly the website I dreamed of and couldn’t be more delighted!
